Chicken Salada Chica

Chicken salad is one of my favorite quick lunches! All you need is few ingredients and some seasoning, then you’ll have a delicious ad healthy lunch.

Here’s all you need:

Celery – 1 cup

Red Onion – 1 cup

Boiled Egg – 5

Rotisserie Chicken – 2 cups

Mayo- 2 to 3 tbs

Salt/Pepper to taste

  1. Chop veggies & boiled eggs
  2. Chop chicken
  3. Add veggies, boiled eggs, and chicken to large bowl
  4. Mix in mayo until it reaches the consistency you like
  5. Add seasoning to taste!
  6. Enjoy~
