Garlic Crusted Tilapia + Shrimp ‘n Spinach Penne


One of my favorite types of fish is tilapia! It’s so quick and easy to cook and I love to try it out with different seasonings. Earlier in the week, I was craving some seafood. I searched through my fridge and came across a bag of tilapia and medium shrimp. I figured why not do a garlic tilapia and shrimp past combination!

Garlic Parm Crusted Tilapia


4 Tilapia Fillets

2 tsp salt

1 tbs garlic powder

Webber Roasted Garlic Seasoning


  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Dry tilapia fillets and lay on oiled baking sheet.

  3. Thoroughly cover each side with seasonings.

  4. Place baking sheet into oven and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes

Shrimp ‘n Spinach Penne


1 box penne pasta

1 bag medium shrimp

1 cups minced garlic

1/3 cup butter

1 jar Alfredo sauce

1 jar roasted garlic Alfredo sauce

1 bag spinach


Step 1: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil and add your penne pasta. Let boil for 10-12min or until tender.

Step 2: Add 1/3 cup of butter to a heated pan.

Step 3: Once butter is melted, add your shrimp, seasonings, and garlic. Let cook for 5-6min.

Step 4: In a separate pan, add your Alfredo sauce then mix in your roasted garlic sauce. Add in your spinach. Cook for 5-6 min and season to taste.

Step 5: Once your sauce is evenly mixed, add all of your ingredients together in a separate bowl.
